Our AHCA-approved Level 2 Live Scan fingerprinting service provides fast, secure, and accurate electronic fingerprint submission for healthcare professionals and individuals seeking employment in licensed healthcare facilities throughout Florida. This background screening is commonly required for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Assisted Living Facility (ALF) employees, nursing home staff, home health agency employees, hospice workers, and other healthcare professionals who provide direct patient care. Fingerprints are electronically transmitted to the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for processing, ensuring a secure and efficient screening experience. To schedule an appointment, clients may reserve their appointment online with a $20 deposit and pay the remaining balance in the office, or choose to pay the full amount online at the time of booking. A valid government-issued photo ID, Social Security card, ORI number and any required screening information must be presented at the appointment.
