Payment options guide

This guide summarizes the payment options available to students at checkout, including how each method works, the expected payment schedule, possible fees, and the basic steps students follow to complete payment.

Option 1 – Reserve Your Seat/ Appointment (Most Popular)

Pay a small deposit online to reserve your seat.Then pay your remaining balance in the office on the first day of class or appointment time. 

Accepted in the office:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

Option 2 – Pay in Full Online

You may also pay the entire balance online during checkout.

Accepted online:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Klarna

  • After Pay

  • PayPal Pay Later

Option 3 – Buy Now, Pay Later

Need extra time to pay?

Qualified students may choose one of our financing partners during checkout.​

Klarna

• Pay in 4 interest-free payments (if eligible)
• Monthly financing may also be available​

Afterpay

• Four equal payments every two weeks
• No interest if payments are made on time​

PayPal Pay Later

• Pay in 4 or Monthly financing for qualified buyers

Approval and financing options are determined by each financing company.

Online Payments include secure payment processing fees. If you choose to pay your remaining balance in the office with a credit or debit card, standard card processing fees also apply. Cash and zelle payments are accepted and help avoid the in-person processing fee.
